FREIGHT POLICY

All shipments will be made F.O.B. shipping point. Qualified orders will be shipped prepaid to one destination served by common carrier carrier within the Continental United States. NRP-Jones will select the shipping point, routing, and carrier for all prepaid shipments. Hydraulic hose and fitting back orders will be shipped prepaid, provided the original order qualified for prepaid freight. Add-on orders will not qualify for prepaid freight.

Single shipment orders qualify for prepaid freight as follows:

Hydraulic and Industrial Hose:	Net order value - - $3,500.00
	Hydraulic and Industrial Hose combined for prepaid freight

Hydraulic Fittings, Hydraulic Hose & Adapters	Combine for prepaid freight.
	Net order value - - $3,500.00 or when ordered
	with $3,500.00 of Industrial Hose

Rotary Products	Net order value - - $8,500.00
